2. Think about the diseases discussed in this unit. Choose one disease to discuss. What role does obesity play in this disease? List at least three effects this disease has on the body. Are the symptoms reversible through diet and exercise?
3. Compare and contrast healthy and unhealthy eating habits. Give at least three examples of each.
4. Two patients were diagnosed with the same disease. One lived a healthy lifestyle and one did not. Why did this happen? Discuss this with your colleagues.
